ce pot consuma ca sa mi pastrez silueta si sa fiu sanatoasa??am aproape 22 de ani si am un 1.68 si cam 52 de kg ....problema e ca am o alimentatie corecta-fructe.legume proaspete,carne slaba,pui.peste!! eu am fost diagnosticata cu o boala dismenoree si lipsa de progesteron...logodnicul meu isi doreste un bebe ce ma sfatuti??
